I cannot praise Pav enough. Our little girl who has Autism has been struggling with loss of hearing for weeks. We tried drops to try and clear her ears, nothing we tried worked. After it all became too much on a Saturday and she was extremely distressed, we contacted Pav. Pav came to visit us the same day in the comfort of our own home, knowing our little girl would feel less anxious in her own environment.
Pav was amazingly patient with our little girl, taking the time to explain the irrigation to her and ensuring she was comfortable the whole way through. She can now hear EVERYTHING, and is so relieved as are we as her parents.

Took my son Oscar today for his ears doing he was very apprehensive didn’t know what to expect but he needn’t worry we were made to feel welcomed everything was explained he felt safe, comfortable and relaxed and he even got to see the inside of his ears which he said was amazing. I’ve just had my ears done by this lovely lady, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole appointment.
